As I am sure you can appreciate, we will be changing our business practices due to the current uncertain times, as a consequence we will not be operating our retail shop as usual. Our customers and staff are our first concern and due to social distancing guidelines etc. we have taken this decision. The summer months are especially busy and it would not be possible to police distance guidelines within the shop.
Please be assured the shop will still be open, but for collection and exchanges only. We have put in place an online and telephone ordering system to accommodate customers in the coming months.
We will be offering a “click and collect” service from the shop, which allows you to order online or by phone for collection. Our courier service will also be running as usual for deliveries if required.
Our NEW size guide is now available online (see home page) to help pick the correct sizes, the guide is size specific to every item and will help with the correct choice of sizes. However we realise this can still be problematic, so we offer a 14 day exchange policy. Simply fill in your returns form and come into the shop to exchange (no appointments required).
