Delivery Options

We offer three delivery options:

• Collection (free of charge)
• Delivery within the YO postcode (£4.95)
• Standard UK Delivery (£7.50)

Standard UK Delivery

Orders are sent via our courier service at a cost of £7.50 per parcel (parcels have a maximum weight of 15kg).

Please ensure that the delivery address can accept parcels between 8am and 6pm. We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained. We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Times

School uniform is usually dispatched within 2-4 days. Branded kits are usually dispatched within 14 days of order. Decoration on garments will be delivered on a 2-3 week turnaround, but will be 3-4 weeks during peak periods. Delivery times may be improved on 'urgent' jobs. Please contact us for details.
